I don’t feel the need to make people question my intentions or feel less than me because it feels so much better to act and speak from a place of honesty. It is a reflection of the person that I am and has allowed me to see people for who they truly are, too.

I feel fortunate to be in a place where I have the capacity to lift others up with my words, actions, and presence; however, I am only able to do so because I have healed the “yes-woman” within me and consistently show up for myself first.

Miami was a good pregame, but New York truly forced me boss up in so many ways. They say that if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere in the world.

I felt like today was a clean slate day for me in many ways. I have come to a lot of realizations about where I am in my life, and how I need to detach from certain outcomes…
